Maybe he and the Balloonist could meet each other in a thread? Or before I think of anything concrete, let me ask you a question. Do you want Green Bone to seek to join the Dream League, or do you want him to join by accident? Or do you not want him to join at all? lol

he'll join The Dream League after it forms and yeah I'd love for him to meet the Balloonist as well, they'd note each others' rings too.

Well, the Dream League is technically 'formed' now. Even though the prologue thread hasn't wrapped up yet, there are many threads now taking place after that. Does that help?
