How should the Mad Doctor,the Beetleworx and Beetleworx replicas of the Dream League should be introduce?

Maybe one of the Beetleworx could have a run-in with some of the Dream League, and we could go from there?

Ah, that's right! I originally planned a robotic Dreamchild plot with the Master Control Program, but the Mad Doctor would make more sense I guess.
I'm likely biased when I say "replica of Dreamchild," but there's my vote. lol
