Calisota is the 51st state of the United States of America. This fictional state was created by Disney comic book legend Carl Barks, and later expanded by Don Rosa. Calisota's name comes from California and Minnesota.
In the Dream League universe, humans and anthropomorphic animals live together in normalcy, and Calisota has a heavy population of such animals.
The cities in Calisota include Duckburg, St. Canard, and, of course, Epcot City.
The geographic location of Calisota has always been on the west coast, next to the Pacific location. The closest resemblance to Calisota in our real world is northern California.
