In this Dream League universe, there is no difference between live-action Disney characters and animated Disney characters. Duck Avenger, the Masked Mallard, and El Tirador are not animated; they are anthropomorphic fowl. Bert is not a live-action; he is human, just like Frollo (who is not animated).
I apologize if those examples are confusing. The point is, the only thing you need to keep in mind is that the Dream League's universe has humans and anthropomorphic animals that live together in normalcy. However, there is not a distinction between live-action characters and animated ones. Some characters can have cartoony overtones, but they're not 'animated.'
... unless you state your character is otherwise (i.e., a cartoon-themed superhero like Roger Rabbit or something).
